Turnkey. KODA comes fully turn-key – with interior finish, sanitary equipment and kitchen cabinets. You even have the choice of premium equipment with additional kitchen appliances and cabinets, engineered floors or a different type of exterior finish.
Transport. Transport can be arranged by Kodasema, site preparations and connections to services are the client’s pursuit – a collaboration with an architect and/or general builder is required.
Offsite quality. There is no building onsite – offsite production is efficient and enables controlled quality, while leaving a smaller footprint.
Suitable for all climates. KODA is not just a cabin – it has excellent U-values and is meant for year-round living, suitable for both nordic and southern climates.
