KODA published in a Dutch book of tiny housing in Almere

By mid-century, a large number of people will be living by themselves, meaning it is time the building industry paid more attention to small homes. In the Dutch city of Almere, BouwEXPO Tiny Housing launched an open ideas competition back in 2016.

The winners built 16 permanent and greatly varied houses in Almere, all of which are lived in today. The jury of BouwExpo points out that the winning project KODA unites chic and simple, being suitable for temporary accommodation where the cubic meters add spatial quality.
