KODA Park Tallinn Harbour has been announced as the winner at the Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL) 2019 in the categories of Property Development / Prefab homes and Property Development / Sustainable/Environmental Development.
OPAL seeks the best architecture, interior design and property development projects from around the world, honoring diverse exceptional projects globally. According to OPAL co-founder Jesper Thomsen, the objective of the award is to celebrate and reward the creative and outstanding craftsmanship of the most unique property developments.
OPAL’s jury evaluates entries based on their creativity, form and function. A winning project needs to be clear on its relationship to its environment, its users and its purpose. It needs to show useful function and provide a better living experience for its users, meeting the clients’ expectations, whilst demonstrating innovation and embracing new technologies, setting new trends, respecting the environment, and pushing boundaries of human ingenuity. These are indeed all goals which Kodasema has been working towards from the very start, so we are truly happy to have KODA Park recognised!
Those of you in Tallinn looking for some fresh air and a short walk by the waterfront are welcome to explore the grounds of KODA Park at Tallinn harbour at any hour – just remember to keep a safe distance from others! We’re located here https://bit.ly/3bbXz6U.
