A new version of the KODA concrete house was designed to complement the exclusive and smart original KODA – a wooden KODA Loft. Maintaining the award- winning architecture and mezzanine, its idea was to adapt with materials, taking flexibility to a new level. Here, the nordic feel and finest design are built on a steel reinforced timber structure.

The house is light – weighing less than half of the concrete house – making more remote locations outside big cities as well as in distant global destinations accessible.

The 310 sq. ft KODA Loft has maintained its insulation and strength for year around living in heat and frost, while enabling stacking two units of its own kind on the roof.

Variability and easy customisation are other key advantages that the KODA Loft offers. One can tailor the exterior finishes and colours as well as interior elements to suit the desired functionality and environment in the best possible way.

A window on the back wall lets you enjoy the view along with a breath of fresh air with your morning coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen at your convenience along with plenty of storage.

The outside ladder on the back wall functions as rainwater drainage as well as a shelf for your herbs or flowers. All the KODA Loft needs is ground with levelled footing, sufficient weight-bearing capacity and connection points for water, electricity and sewage.
