Chalet Park by Maier in Höchst is a uniquely designed stacked property, consisting of 7 KODA houses. The best set of views of the scenery was achieved when designing the placement of the upstairs 3 KODA Loft units and the terraces, overlooking all the greenery.

Chalet Park by Maier in Mäder has five KODA Loft Extended houses side by side in the center of Mäder. KODA Loft Extended caters for broader needs offering an extra room at the back of the house. The house gives more privacy with a completely separable sleeping area, but also offering sufficient storage space for a convenient stay.
Austria:
Two KODAs to choose from – KODA Loft and KODA Loft Extended, Lauterach
These beautiful KODA houses await you in Lauterach – a suburb of Bregenz. The center of Bregenz, Lake Constance (known as Bodensee in German) and the city of Dornbirn are only about 10 minutes drive away, while restaurants, supermarkets and a bakery are a few minutes’ walk away.
Hosted by Nadja, you can pick between a KODA Loft Extended, suitable for 2 to 4 guests or a smaller KODA Loft, which accommodates 2 guests comfortably.
Some guests report that there are horses nearby, which will definitely be a highlight for kids.

Your comfortable accommodation at these KODA houses comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sink and a toilet, a living room and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk on the mezzanine.
Estonia:
Kai Microhotel in North Estonian Fishing Village
Kai microhotel was born out of love for Nordic design and minimalist living by the sea.
The Scandinavian-style Sea Loft TU:L offers views as if from a quay and is perfect for a cozy holiday for up to three people.
Sea Loft TU:L is a functional KODA Loft Micro that has everything you need for a cozy short-time stay.
The house has good wifi, but there is also a pile of good books, so they recommend unplugging and enjoying the panoramic views, the waves, the wind or birdsong, perhaps a bottle of good wine and a book from our selection – or yours. This is what they call hygge à la Kai.
Apart from the terraces around the house, you can use the campfire site in the garden and you are welcome to explore the plot right up to the shoreline! The sandy beach is just a short walk away and there are jogging and hiking trails nearby. The village has a marina, a small shop & cafe, open all year round, and a pub, open during the summer season.

The North German village of Sehestedt at canal kilometer 75 is located directly on the Kiel Canal in an idyllic location on the edge of the Hüttener Berge nature park. Many people love the canal bank because there you have a clear view of all the large and small ships, freighters and boats that sail past you so quietly and leisurely.

This comfortable KODA Loft awaits you in a graceful presence in between the fields with beautiful views. The decor is a mix of skandy and vintage elements in the modern black and white ambience. The focus is clearly on peace and quiet.
The panoramic mirror literally brings nature into your loft through the floor-to-ceiling window. The view goes into the vast area over fields to the forest.
A special highlight is the sauna on the premises – usage is included in the accommodation cost.

Tiny Houses by the lake Edersee
These two KODA Loft Extended houses are just a 5 minute walk from the Edersee. The housesare on Scheid (Stadt Waldeck), a peninsula on the lake. With a length of 27 kilometers, the Edersee is one of the largest reservoirs in Europe. The region offers an incredible number of possibilities: starting with water sports and action (whether sailing, SUP, kayaking or splashing around in the water), hiking holidays in the national park, cycling around the lake, water sports or slowing down and wellness. Unique Tiny House located in the old Dutch town of Edam
This KODA Loft Micro is situated smack in the center of the quiet town of Edam. It’s a good base to explore Amsterdam, Volendam, Marken (old villages), the Zaanse Schans and the nearby towns and attractions!
The house is full of comforts, it has a private entrance with lockbox and also features your own piece of private balcony – outdoor area.
