KODA Concrete is constructed of thin composite panels of concrete exterior and wood interior. Silica-fume vacuum insulation panels in combination with the materials create a strong and durable exterior, a cosy interior keeping the house warm or cool as needed.

Four-ply glass wall with a small terrace and a concrete sunscreen make up the façade of the house. Inside the KODA, CLT panels are finished with natural oils and waxes creating sustainability of both environment and humans.
